Last night’s Wired gig at Concrete was lots of fun. We saw a few awesome bands including @WilsonSings and of course, our lovely lovely friends, @TheSpecialKS who had everyone on their feet bopping along to some tunes.

We had fun at the recent Fourth & Main party which was held at the OXO tower last week. Our friend Nikhil Adwalpalkar and his team did such a great job and the turnout was immense.

The highlight of the night was when Mossy’s photographer friend, Mario Testino, entered the building and obliged me (Ellie) with a photo with him. We both have Peruvian blood so I had to do it if only to make the mama proud.

Testino was charming, the drinks were great, the company was even better and the magazine that we walked away with was beautifully put together and sits on my coffee table at home. Great night!

We went to the Lonely Planet Food Festival last night at Village Underground in East London to try some foodie delights from around the world.

Really loved the Bhelpuri, a fresher, less dry version of India’s classic bombay mix. The pomegranate seeds were a great addition, as was the fresh coriander. Not so sure of their ‘squiggly’ gelatine-like sweet treats.

I was particularly excited by the Peruvian stall, being half Peruvian myself, but the food wasn’t as good as my mama’s cooking, unfortunately…maybe I’m biased.

We bumped into some friends including @TikiChris and the lovely Adam T who introduced us to the new owner of the er, Daily Sport… couldn’t think of anything to pitch him but he was an alright kind of chap.
